We're looking for a Paid Media Copywriter to join our dynamic team on a hybrid working arrangement.

In this role, you will craft and optimise impactful ad copy and visuals across major paid channels. Using campaign insights, you'll guide creative strategy, collaborate closely with media managers and designers, and deliver persuasive, data-driven content that drives real business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review campaign briefs and propose effective ad formats and creative concepts.
  • Develop engaging copy for advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Identify suitable visuals (images/videos) and create simple banners using Adobe Photoshop or Express.
  • Contribute to creative assets for ongoing campaign optimisation.
  • Edit and proofread team materials, ensuring accuracy and language consistency.
  • Partner with Digital Marketers to plan and execute A/B testing initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to recommend content improvements.

Key Requirements

  • 2–3 years of copywriting experience across paid digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta).
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Familiar with social media best practices and B2B content creation.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Express and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of content marketing principles and current digital trends.
  • Inquisitive, proactive, and motivated to develop expertise in paid media optimisation.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM36, RM48,000.00 per year
