Job Scope/ Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote, develop, and establish the Company's brand through social media, mass media, and digital channels to enhance brand awareness among the residential community.
  • Actively create and share daily content within the residential community group chat to raise awareness of property management services and initiatives and strengthen ties with residents.
  • Plan and implement strategic community campaigns and activities on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis in line with residential needs.
  • Assist in drafting creative artwork and content for property management brochures, posters, banners, booklets, notice boards, signage and other materials.
  • Responsible for liaising with media and relevant authorities in relation to events and campaigns for property management.
  • Manage costs budgeting for every events or activities planned.
  • Work closely with the property management team to plan and coordinate residential activities.
  • Administrative work preparation and related work procedures and processes within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior/Manager as required.
  • 5.5 working days (work full day on alternative Saturday)

Job Requirement:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome for this position.
  • Proficient skills in editing software such as design PowerPoint presentation skills, Microsoft Office & Excel, editing skills and etc.
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, an active personality and innovative thinker.
  • Capable of working independently with the ability to manage tasks under stressful conditions.
  • Required language: English & Mandarin; Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
