Service Advisor

Service Advisor, main job is to act as the link between the customer and the workshop. Service Advisor greet customers when they arrive, understand their vehicle problems or service needs, and explain what services will be done.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
- Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English, Bahasa. Good in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and diagnostic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and the service team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to efficiently address customer concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and automotive software for record-keeping and inventory management
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive work environment
