The
AI Innovation & Solutions
role is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the organization's enterprise-wide Generative AI and Agentic AI agenda. Operating within a lean structure, this role combines strategic foresight with hands-on solution delivery, ensuring AI capabilities are applied effectively to transform business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, etc.

This role will influence executive stakeholders, identify high-impact opportunities, and directly design, prototype, and implement AI solutions. The ability to set direction while building solutions makes this position critical to driving operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability as the business grows.

SCOPE & AUTHORITY

Strategic & Innovation Leadership

  • Define and own the enterprise AI innovation roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Partner with C-suite and functional leaders to prioritize and deliver high-value AI initiatives.
  • Champion responsible AI adoption, balancing innovation with risk and compliance requirements.

Hands-on AI Solution

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to address business challenges.
  • Lead proofs-of-concept and transition validated prototypes into scalable production systems.
  • Ensure AI solutions are integrated seamlessly with enterprise processes and platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bridging domain expertise with AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and IT teams to operationalize AI initiatives.
  • Educate and guide business teams on practical applications of AI in their functions.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Establish frameworks for secure, ethical, and compliant AI usage.
  • Stay ahead of evolving regulations and ensure AI practices meet internal and external standards.

Capability Building & Change Management

  • Build organizational AI literacy through structured training and engagement.
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions by embedding them into day-to-day business practices.
  • Mentor teams and promote a culture of data-driven innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Technology Innovation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or solution delivery role.
  • Demonstrated success in both defining AI strategy and personally delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI systems.
  • Strong programming and prototyping skills (Python, cloud AI platforms, RAG, fine-tuning).
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience deploying AI in HR, Finance, Legal, or other corporate functions.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and enterprise AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced environments while balancing innovation with delivery.
