Enterprise Solutions Manager, AI

Position Overview

Neuron Solutions, a technology subsidiary under YTL Group, is leading the commercialization of enterprise-grade AI solutions, starting with ILMU, Malaysia's first large language model (LLM).

The Enterprise Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, client engagement, and market adoption of YTL's AI offerings across corporate and public sector organizations. This includes identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering AI-driven solutions that enable digital transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation within client environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Execution

2. Drive end-to-end enterprise sales processes from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, to deal closure.

3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
4. Achieve revenue targets by promoting YTL's AI solutions (including ILMU) across key industries such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, education, and government.

5. Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly communicate the business impact of AI-driven solutions.

6. Solution Advisory & Client Engagement

7. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and align AI solutions to strategic objectives.

8. Collaborate with pre-sales, data, and engineering teams to co-design and deliver client-specific proposals and proofs of concept.

9. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring post-sales satisfaction to drive renewals, upsells, and account growth.

10. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

11. Establish and manage partnerships with system integrators, technology vendors, and academic institutions to enhance market reach.

12. Represent YTL's AI initiatives at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

13. Contribute to partnership frameworks and joint go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption.

14. Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy

15. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in AI and LLM domains.

16. Provide structured commercial and product feedback to leadership to refine strategy, pricing, and positioning.
17. Support the development of marketing and communication materials to strengthen YTL's AI market presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution consulting within the technology, SaaS, or digital transformation space.
• Proven ability to develop and close enterprise-level deals, ideally involving AI, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud ecosystems.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
