We're looking for an AI Trainer and Courseware Developer — someone who loves building learning experiences as much as teaching them.

In this role, you'll design and lead hands-on AI and machine learning training programs for our clients. If you thrive on simplifying complex concepts and creating content that inspires confidence in others, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging AI training programs for external clients.
  • Build interactive workshops, real-world generative AI case studies, and high-quality learning materials that bridge theory and practice.
  • Translate complex AI and ML concepts into relatable, action-driven learning experiences.
  • Continuously refine and update content to reflect the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI.
  • Mentor and guide learners across different skill levels - from beginners to advanced practitioners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and other trainers to maintain delivery quality and learner engagement.
  • Take pride in creating courseware, learning tools, and exercises that make concepts stick and curiosity grow.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning, or generative AI projects.
  • Fluent in today's AI toolkit - from machine learning (Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to modern generative AI stacks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Claude APIs, Stable Diffusion, vector databases) - and you enjoy turning these tools into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills - you're just as comfortable presenting to a crowd as you are designing slides.
  • Experience developing training materials, slide decks, or hands-on course modules.
  • HRDC TTT accreditation is a strong plus (or willingness to pursue it).
