Job Brief – Solution Sales Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solution Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Miri and Sandakan. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong, long-term relationships with customers. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and implement effective territory-specific sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify the most efficient and effective methods to increase sales
- Conduct meetings with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities through consumer research, networking, and lead generation
- Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote company offerings and strengthen customer relationships
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on product features, benefits, and sales techniques
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market developments within the assigned territory to adjust strategies accordingly
- Track and report on sales performance against set KPIs, providing actionable insights to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales reports in CRM systems
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; prior field sales experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the local environment and market of the assigned territory is an advantage
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and work systematically with performance KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Salary: RM3,000 per month
Location: Miri & Sandakan
