Key Responsibilities
• Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
• Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
• Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
• Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
• Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices
Key Requirements
• 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial industry would be a distinct advantage).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
• Passionate about delivering quality support with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required).
• Fluent in Mandarin and English including written and verbal communica
tion
skills, additional language would be a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
•
Able to start within short notice period would be a plus
• Understanding of MT4/MT5 with relevant experience is a plus
