Your Impact:

  • Lead engineering project coordination from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee fabrication processes ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to client specifications
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver competitive quotations
  • Manage project teams and material procurement while controlling variances and minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project challenges and ensure quality deliverables

What We're Looking For:Must Have:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering and equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in construction or factory.
  • Fundamental knowledge in Steel fabrication
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Prefer Mandarin speaker

Good to Have:

  • Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Knowledge of industry procurement processes
  • Existing network of industry contacts
