System Analyst

Experienced System Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, proficient in Java, to join our dynamic IT team. As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in Java programming and systems analysis will be instrumental in enhancing our organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Project will be on-site in Putrajaya.

Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis and Design:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Design and propose innovative solutions using Java technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Create detailed system design documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and flowcharts.

2. Software Development and Integration:

  • Develop and maintain Java-based applications and components.
  • Integrate new systems with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Implement and customize software solutions to meet specific business needs and technical requirements.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and deployment procedures.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, highlighting project progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in Java development.
  • Must have proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
  • Strong technical background, excellent understanding of OOP concepts, and back-end application development designs.
  • Familiar with software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of working with testing teams and defect tracking tools. (like Redmine).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
