Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the Group Finance function. The role focuses on financial reporting, analysis, and supporting business units to ensure accurate financial information, effective cash management, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports for the Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Review subsidiary financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform analytical reviews, including variance analysis (actual vs budget) and trend analysis.
  • Support due diligence processes for potential business projects or initiatives.
  • Compile rolling cash reports; assist business units in cash flow projections.
  • Assist in cost control and procurement processes.
  • Support ad hoc project implementations and Group initiatives, including finance automation and paperless transformation.
  • Assist in follow-up on statutory audits and perform internal audits.
  • Contribute to improving finance SOPs and operational processes.
  • Develop Excel models to support reporting, analysis, and projections.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional qualification preferred or actively pursuing (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of audit experience in audit firm.
  • Experience in financial reporting, analysis, or related finance functions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with business units and auditors.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on process improvement.
