Key Responsibilities

  1. Capital Markets Support

  2. ·Assist in the refinancing of existing Sukuk facilities by preparing financial data, schedules, and supporting documentation using Microsoft Excel.

  3. Support the structuring and execution of new Sukuk issuance by coordinating with bankers, legal advisors, trustees, and internal teams.

  4. Compile financial information and presentation materials for engagements with rating agencies and financial institutions.

  5. Corporate Structuring & Strategic Transactions

  6. Provide analytical and administrative support for corporate exercises such as Reverse Takeover (RTO), Initial Public Offering (IPO), and other capital market initiatives.

  7. Assist in due diligence exercises, valuation analysis, and preparation of regulatory submissions.

  8. Coordinate documentation and information requests for submissions to Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission (SC), and other relevant authorities.

  9. Financial Modelling & Analysis

  10. Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and cash flow analysis to support funding, investment, and project feasibility assessments.

  11. Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support management decision-making.

  12. Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and reports for internal review.

  13. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

  14. Support communications with banks, advisors, and external consultants by preparing financial data packs and responding to information requests.

  15. Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, board papers, and management presentations.

  16. Maintain proper documentation and version control for corporate finance materials.

  17. Governance & Compliance Support

  18. Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements (SC, BNM, Bursa etc.) for all corporate finance activities.

  19. Track financial covenants, reporting deadlines, and post-issuance obligations for Sukuk and any future listed instruments.
  20. Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CFA – Level I, CPA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial advisory, audit, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
  • Willingness to liaise with external parties such as bankers, advisors, auditors, and regulators.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial and corporate information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Must possess a valid Class D driving license.

Job Type: Full-time
