**CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE**

**JOB SUMMARY**
This Corporate Sales Executive Position presents an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in the company. Put your problem solving & management skills to use while developing strategies to generate new sales platforms. This job opportunity requires qualities such as Extroversion, Responsible, Detail Oriented & Organized. You will play an essential role in the success of this company’s business by ensuring that the KPI is met month to month.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing existing Corporate Accounts which includes organizing Office Relocations / Projects, Developing relationship with PIC & Generating Sales.
- Attending Virtual & Physical Surveys when required.
- Cost planning for jobs & producing quotations for clients.
- Attending Job Sites when required.
- Attending Networking Platforms
- Liasing with customers, vendors and any third party to ensure that job is well organized and runs smoothly.
- Developing the given Business Development Platform.
- Presenting weekly report to Management as per framework given.

**Qualification and preferred skills**:

- Knowledge or experience within relocation, corporate housing or project services will be an added advantage
- Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion.
- Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems.
- Excellent oral and written communication including presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and report out data
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage

**Education and certification requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma preferred.
