**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Those with sales experience in industrial consumer products are preferred and have working experience in overseas market sales or use of foreign trade platforms added advantage.

An effective inside sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible for doing tele-sales for the company’s products.
- To promote company products to prospective customers.
- To understand customer requirements and close sales over the phone.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management.
- Keeping abreast with competitive issues, products market and active participation in providing feedback during discussions.
- Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve committed targets (and if possible, to exceed) in the relevant product through telesales calls.
- To manage the day to day planning, operations and problem solving to meet with the required sales productivity and financial goals.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalent
- Preferably at least 2 year of related working experience in a Telesales; those with sales experience in industrial consumer products are preferred.
- Have working experience in overseas market sales or use of foreign trade platforms added advantage.
- Experience in doing outbound calls.
- Strong in communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English for both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time.
