About the role

As a Service Advisor at MPV Motors Sdn Bhd, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. In this full-time role based in Batu Caves, Selangor, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, booking vehicle servicing, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet customers, record their vehicle service/repair requirements and clarify their concerns.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments, bookings, and workshop workflow.
  • Prepare accurate service orders and quotations including parts, labour and other costs.
  • Update customers regularly on repair/work status, additional work needed, delays and overall timeline.
  • Recommend additional service/maintenance items or parts while considering customer budget and warranty conditions.
  • Process customer payments and obtain required signatures for work orders.
  • Follow up with customers post‐service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
  • Coordinate with technicians/foreman and parts department to ensure timely delivery of completed vehicles.
  • Maintain service records, warranty claims, job logs and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service throughput, customer satisfaction (CSI) and parts sales.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM; Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience (e.g., 1–2 years) in automotive service advisory, customer service or related after‐sales role is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of automotive servicing, parts and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other languages advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer‐focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and computer systems.
  • Valid driving license (Class D or equivalent) may be required.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and deliver excellent after‐sales service.
