Job Summary

As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be the creative force shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge AI products. You will own the entire design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for our dashboards and chatbots. This is a strategic role where you'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to transform complex technology into seamless, human-centered experiences that drive user growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interaction Design & System Management: Lead the end-to-end interaction design for our core AI products, including dashboards and conversational interfaces. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, elegant solutions, while also creating and maintaining a cohesive design system to ensure brand and UX consistency across all platforms.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the entire design lifecycle for multiple projects, from initial research and concept exploration through to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring all design deliverables are of high quality and are completed on schedule in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Product Strategy & Collaboration: Act as a key strategic partner to Product Managers, Engineers, and AI specialists. You will actively contribute to product strategy discussions, identify new opportunities, and translate insights into feature ideas and design recommendations that drive product innovation and align with our business goals.
  • User Research & Validation: Plan and conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis. You will be the voice of the user, generating deep insights into their behaviors and needs to validate your design decisions and continuously iterate on the product experience.

General Qualifications

Degree in graphic design, visual arts, interaction design or relevant qualification.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

Strong foundation in design theory and best practices.

Ideally, 3+ years of experience in interaction design, with at least 1 years in team and project management

Soft Skills:

Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.

Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

A collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and committed to iterative improvement.

Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Work Environment
