Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer (GD) key role is to:

  • Provide creative design for all brand visual communication material & artwork to support marketing campaigns such as point of sales material, in-store promo mailer feature, online platform promotional & social media content & etc. in alignment with brand direction and guideline in a timely manner as per brief.

  • Provide and conceptualize ideas and produce design works to support brand initiatives and activities.

  • Ensure design consistency of brand and creatives across all touch points (offline & online).

  • Work closely with the Brand team to support creative concepts and creative creations for brand's social media accounts.

Job Responsibilities

1) Ecommerce platform

  • Propose and design creative artworks for ecommerce platforms - banners, promo campaign, SIS product page and other campaign related communication materials

2) Brand & Customer Marketing for all categories in Singapore business unit.

  • Supports Marketing team on visual needs on ATL, BTL and events including adaptation of creative artworks for marketing campaigns.

  • Create and develop promotional visual communication (press ad/mailer feature/POSM etc.)

  • Involve in providing creative social content align with the brand direction for brand's social media platfom (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc.)

  • Propose and design creative artworks for e-commerce platform including resizing/updating images

  • Assist marketing team during events or roadshows

3) Others platform

  • Executing ad-hoc task from time to time by the Management request.

Job Knowledge and Experience

  • Educational/professional qualifications required:- Diploma/Degree in Art/ Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in designing or equivalent

  • Must be able to work in a fast moving working environment and able to cope with tight timelines.

  • Ability to think out-of-the box, creative and generate great ideas

  • Meticulous and proof checking to produce high quality design works within tight timelines and ability to rework draft in short turnovers.

  • Proficient in using design tools and design softwares; Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Graphic App.

  • Familiar with HTML 5, Web Developer, JavaScripts, CSS, C++, GIF Banner, PHP will be added advantage.

  • Team-player, responsible and capable to work independently.

  • Good communication skills and able to work with multiple teams.

  • Willing to undertake ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

  • Must be motivated, organized, meticulous and possess the enthusiastic to learn more.
