Job Summary

The primary role is to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, while consistently providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Stock & Maintenance: Responsible for stocking and maintaining product shelves in assigned sections.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Product Expertise: Offer information and recommendations on over-the-counter medications and health products.
  • Transactions: Perform cashier duties, accurately handling both cash and credit card payments.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure the outlet area remains clean and hygienic.
  • Other Duties: Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time or part-time position available.
