*Job Purpose*

Menjadi wajah utama syarikat dalam sesi TikTok Live bagi mempromosikan dan menjual produk tudung. Host bertanggungjawab untuk engage dengan penonton, meningkatkan jualan, dan membina imej jenama yang positif di platform media sosial.

*Key Responsibilities*

  1. Mengendalikan sesi TikTok Live secara konsisten mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.

  2. Mempromosikan koleksi tudung dengan cara yang menarik, meyakinkan, dan profesional.

  3. Menerangkan ciri-ciri produk (material, cara pakai, warna, harga, promosi).

  4. Membina interaksi mesra dengan penonton untuk meningkatkan engagement & sales conversion.

  5. Bekerjasama dengan team marketing untuk merancang content, promo, dan strategi live.

  6. Memastikan studio/live setup (lighting, camera, props) sentiasa kemas dan bersedia.

  7. Memberi maklum balas kepada management mengenai trend pasaran dan feedback pelanggan.

  8. Menyumbang idea kreatif untuk meningkatkan jumlah tontonan dan jualan.


*Education*

* Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma dalam bidang pemasaran, komunikasi, atau bidang berkaitan.

*Experience*

* Ada pengalaman sebagai host live, influencer, promoter, sales assistant, atau customer service.

* Pengalaman dalam industri fesyen/tudung adalah satu kelebihan.

*Skills*

* Petah bercakap, confident depan kamera, dan mampu tarik perhatian penonton.

* Faham basic TikTok algorithm, live features & engagement tools.

* Kemahiran menjual & close sales secara live.

* Boleh bekerja dalam team dan adapt dengan perubahan trend.

*Personal Attributes*

* Personaliti ceria, energetic, dan berkarisma.

* Suka berfesyen dan minat dunia tudung/hijab styling.

* Proaktif, kreatif, dan tahan bekerja dalam tekanan (target sales).
