About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Live Streaming Host to lead our livestreaming efforts on platforms like Shopee and TikTok. Based in Botani, Ipoh, our livestreams currently focus on mobile accessories — and we're growing fast.

If you're confident, outspoken, fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan livestream content, script talking points, and improve engagement


• Host engaging, energetic livestream sessions that captivate and convert viewers


• Present and demonstrate products (starting with mobile accessories) in a lively, professional manner


• Highlight unique selling points (USPs) to drive product interest and conversions


• Maintain a smooth, timely livestream flow with minimal hiccups


• Act as the face of our brand and provide short-form video content when needed


• Monitor livestream metrics and suggest ways to improve future sessions


• Set up, operate, and maintain livestream equipment to ensure high production quality

Requirements


• SPM qualification with at least a Credit in English


• Minimum 1 year of experience in live hosting, or in creating own Reels / Stories / Videos


• Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, social media influencer, or livestream host is a plus


• Interest in promoting mobile accessories (not limited to) is an added advantage


• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu (spoken)


• Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident, natural, and engaging on camera


• Speaks with energy, clarity, and confidence to capture viewer attention


• Charismatic, friendly, and comfortable in front of a live audience


• Adaptable and quick-thinking in fast-moving situations


• Ability to work independently and take initiative


• Background or interest in Media / Communications is a bonus


• Strong attention to detail, time management, and discipline


• Creative problem-solving mindset


• Good memory for recalling product facts, scripts, and livestream flow
