About the role

Join Rider Hub Motor (M) Sdn Bhd as a SALE ADVISOR/ HOST LIVE, and play a vital role in our Sales team. This full-time position is based in Ipoh, Perak, and offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and passion for connecting with customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to both in-store and online customers
  2. Conducting live product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our range of products
  3. Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and solutions
  4. Actively participating in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  6. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and services
  4. Proficiency in using sales tools and technologies to track and analyse customer data
  5. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
