Service Associate - Finance (General Cashier)
We are looking for Service Associate - Finance (General Cashier)

As a Service Associate - Finance (General Cashier) , we rely on you to

  • Responsible for managing the hotel's cash flow, which includes collecting cash and remittances from outlet cashiers, preparing daily bank deposits, and providing them with the necessary change.
  • Accurately handle cash, cheques, and other forms of payment, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and securely.
  • Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support the finance team with daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, minimize errors, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Minimum one(1) year of experience in cashiering, finance, or a related role (or equivalent educational background).
  • Basic numeracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic finance system.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling financial transactions.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work shifts or changing operational needs.
