Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Sungai Petani, Kedah. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, engaging with customers and prospects to understand their needs, managing the end-to-end sales process, and providing customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions as needed and contributing to the improvement of the overall sales management system.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to lead or assist in Training activities
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • STPM/ diploma/ bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience within logistics or a related industry is an advantage
