Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work closely and align with cross functional teams towards achieving departmental goals
  • Provide Process Engineering support to new product evaluation and qualification, manufacturing cost reduction and process improvement.
  • SPC knowledge and ability in setting up process monitoring system
  • Able to use problem solving tools to effectively resolve process issue and engage a permanent process flow to sustain
  • Monitors in-process performance, quality and reliability of processes, materials, products, tooling and equipment; identifies problem or unfavorable deviations, recommends and executes corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field of Engineering or Applied Sciences with minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.
  • Knowledge in data collection, analyze the data and perform root cause analysis (DOE, FMEA, Control plan, Minitab and etc.)
  • Posses AOI (standard, Ai) skill/knowledge would be highly consider
  • Organization, planning and communication skills.
  • Project Management skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Possess leadership quality
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
  • Those with experience in Plating , Testing and FOL processes will have the advantage to be short listed for interview .
