Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Control Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. The Project Control Manager will be responsible for monitoring project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all projects meet established timelines and financial objectives. The role involves coordinating with various teams, analyzing project performance metrics, preparing reports, and implementing control systems to manage and improve project outcomes effectively. Additionally, the individual will manage risks, provide support for decision-making, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management, Budgeting, and Risk Management
  • Proficiency in Project Scheduling Tools, Data Analysis, and Financial Tracking
  • Excellent Organizational, Leadership, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects is beneficial
  • Proficiency in software such as Primavera, MS Project, and other project management tools is a plus
