We are offering internship opportunity within Engineering, Piping team. Interns will gain hands-on experience in piping system design, engineering analysis, and project execution. This internship provides exposure to the responsibilities of Engineer or Assistant Engineer roles, offering a strong foundation for future career development in EPC and offshore engineering sectors.

Opportunities & Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of designing piping systems and supporting analysis.
• Assist in understanding and developing piping design deliverables such as P&IDs, layout drawings, and engineering documents.
• Gain exposure to piping system analysis workflows and associated engineering calculations.
• Support engineers in preparing execution plans for piping design and analysis activities.
• Learn how design procedures and work instructions are developed to standardize engineering work.
• Follow engineering work processes from project planning to completion.
• Gain awareness of applicable Classification Society rules, International Conventions, and Flag State requirements.
• Understand HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements and process safety considerations in piping engineering.
• Assist in monitoring engineering progress and preparing engineering outputs.
• Observe how design risks are identified, addressed, and mitigated.
• Support manpower planning activities and understand resource allocation in engineering projects.
• Participate in engineering reviews and learn how deliverables are validated before issuance.
• You will gain exposure or training in commonly used engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID/SPID), E3D/ PDMS/ Smart 3D or FloMaster, STAAD.PRO, CAESAR II

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Interest in piping system design, EPC projects, and oil & gas engineering.
• Basic knowledge of P&IDs or engineering drawings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, 3D tools, etc.) is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work well in a team.
