Key Responsibilities

1. Loan Processing & Documentation

  • Prepare, verify, and process loan documentation for approved credit facilities.
  • Ensure all required documents (income proof, bank statements, IDs, collateral documents, etc.) are complete and compliant with policy.
  • Conduct data entry of customer and loan details into internal systems accurately.

2. Credit Administration & Compliance

  • Review loan files for completeness and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Ensure security/ collateral documents (if applicable) are properly recorded, filed, and updated.

3. Loan Disbursement Support

  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate disbursement records and update loan status in systems.

4. Record Management & Reporting

  • Maintain organized loan files (physical and digital) for audit and compliance purposes.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Provide administrative support to the credit team on ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, credit administration, banking operations, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered depending on company).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with loan management systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet processing deadlines.

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
