Are you an expert Business Analyst ready to own complex projects and drive significant strategy through data? We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Business Analyst to join our team as a senior individual contributor.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for transforming high-volume, complex data into clear, actionable business strategies. You will utilize your deep technical skills and sharp business acumen to optimize processes, solve critical problems, and deliver insights that directly shape our company's direction.

What You'll Own:
  • Serve as the senior analytical expert, defining and executing complex analysis projects from end-to-end.
  • Translate high-level business objectives and challenges into detailed analytical requirements and data models.
  • Write and optimize complex queries using MySQL to extract, manipulate, and validate large datasets.
  • Develop robust scripts and models using Python for data processing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated BI dashboards that provide clear, real-time views of key business performance indicators (KPIs).
What You'll Bring (Essential Skills):
  • Proven experience in a senior or expert-level Business Analyst role.
  • Exceptional analytical & logical thinking coupled with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex problem-solving.
  • Mastery of SQL (MySQL) for advanced querying, performance tuning, and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for data analytics (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
  • Expert-level ability to create impactful BI dashboards (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sisense etc.).
