About Our Client

Advanced Assembly Materials (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a leading company in the manufacturing sector, dedicated to innovation and excellence in plating processes.

What you'll be doing?
  • Oversee Plating Performance: Monitor and enhance the performance of the Ag plating process, ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze process failures, recommending solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to improve process capability and yield.
  • Troubleshooting: Coordinate efforts to resolve process issues and yield losses effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for ongoing process improvement and quality enhancement.
  • Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to interpret data and support process improvements.
  • Problem Solving: Apply problem-solving methods and risk analysis to optimize processes.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Science (chemical-related fields preferred)
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing engineering with specific expertise in electroplating processes
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in statistical process control and data analysis
  • Communication Excellence: Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including suppliers and customers
