THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an Executive role managing the full spectrum of supply chain operations for a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer IP brand expanding across Asia, the US, and beyond.

You'll build lean, efficient, and scalable supply chain processes that support our rapid growth while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Management: Source and onboard reliable, cost-efficient suppliers for new product development. Manage end-to-end supplier relationships and coordinate production scheduling to meet demand.

Logistics Coordination: Arrange and oversee logistics operations across our warehouses in China and the USA, including freight management, transportation, and cross-border shipments.

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations, ensuring stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and aging inventory.

Demand Planning & Forecasting: Lead demand forecasting in collaboration with marketing and brand teams, translating sales projections into actionable production and inventory plans.

Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage performance of key suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring quality standards, on-time delivery, and cost-efficiency across all touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives and growth initiatives.

Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce costs.

Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, process mapping, and SOP development to enhance operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with suppliers and partners in China
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for internal collaboration and international coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Independent problem solver with analytical mindset and business acumen
  • Experience with supplier sourcing and vendor management
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across cultures and time zones
  • Ambitious with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
  • Passion for e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands

  • Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Background in inventory planning and demand forecasting
  • Familiarity with international logistics and customs procedures
  • Experience working with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers
