Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for solar energy solutions.
- Customer Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand customer needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Educational Outreach: Deliver engaging presentations to highlight the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Proposal Creation: Develop customized proposals that include system designs, pricing structures, and financing options.
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage new clients to expand the customer base.
- Sales Pitch Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches to secure new business.
- Contract Finalization: Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project execution.
- Marketing Assistance: Support the development of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Referral Promotion: Encourage word-of-mouth marketing by promoting the company's referral program.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide regular updates on potential customers and submitted applications.
- Post-Sales Support: Offer exceptional after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is required.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience is essential, with a preference for those with a background in renewable energy, power transmission, distribution, or power automation.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is highly desirable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Personal Skills: Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be skilled in problem-solving, and provide superior customer service. They must also be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
- Mobility: Applicants should have their own transportation and be willing to travel as part of the role.
