**Responsibilities**:

- Assistant Event Manager role is to assist the Event Manager executing all hotel events with a seamless turnover, from sales department to food & beverage department, and through to post event follow up. Ensure that all customers are given consistent, high level service throughout each event. Assistant Event Manager is responsible for the total event service process. Coordinates with sales, hotel departments and the customers.
- Technical Skills.
- 1. Understand group and event cost forecasting.
- 2. Broad understanding of banquet space management
- 3. Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel
- 4. Effective communication skills
- 5. Presents ideas and information in a concise, well-organized manner
- 6. Manages interpersonal conflict situation effectively
- Job Profile and Qualifications:

- 1. At least diploma holder in any field
- 2. At least 3 years’ experience in event management, hotel sales & marketing, or equivalent.
- 3. Good knowledge on food & beverage, banquet, and cost control.
- 4. Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill.
- 5. Proficiency in English and computer literate.
- 6. Strong in driving results and people management and development.**Benefits**:
