This position located in Puchong - Food Paste

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and retail customers.
  • Promote and sell food paste, ready-made cooking paste, and related products to both new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets for food paste and ready-made products.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and recommend suitable product solutions based on menu requirements and kitchen operations.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent product quality.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support product improvement and business strategy.
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, and follow up on payments.
  • Participate in promotional activities, product sampling, cooking demonstrations, and trade events as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
  • Experience in food paste, ready-made food products, FMCG, or HORECA sales is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
