ROLE PURPOSE

Maintain the Bank's server infrastructure to ensure IT infrastructure and services operate in accordance to the agreed service level agreements. Undertake initiatives in which application of IT/technology (server related technology) will enhance business performance that enables the achievements of the Bank's desired outcomes.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Design, implement, deploy and maintain tools/scripts for automating operational tasks across infrastructure
  2. Responsibility for identifying, recommending, establishing and sustaining tools, processes & practices that support process automation solutions
  3. Design and develop automation solution and define the key performance metrics for the solution
  4. Liaise with principal/internal/3rd party team to ensure success of projects
  5. Support common infrastructure applications running Jenkins, ALM
  6. Vulnerability assessment across Production & Non-Production environment
  7. Ensure infrastructure setup are compliant with bank's architecture standards and info security policies
  8. Strong technical and administration skills on Servers platform (Windows, Linux, Aix)
  9. Deliver technical support and onsite field services
  10. Perform installation, configuration and maintenance task
  11. Identify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support
  12. Report and interface with senior management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience: At least 2-year working experience in software development and application support.
