To manage and oversee construction project on site and in charge of full aspects of engineering and technical issues.

To ensure all construction jobs are completed on time and to the specifications.

To check the technical design and construction drawings to ensure no discrepancies.

To prepare and manage site report, work program, method statement, drawing and other necessary correspondence.

To manage subcontractors and to liaise with clients and consultants.

To ensure implementation of health and safety management on site.

To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Execute, monitor and ensure the timely completion of the project

Liaise with the Consultant Representative on project matters.

Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues

Ensure all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures.

Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager or Project Coordinator

Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.

Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet customer requirements.

Check working drawing, identify discrepancies for resolution.

Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement.

Maintain inspection record of works, materials and all completed works.

Ensure the site operations comply with the Project Quality Plan.

To assist Assistant Project Manager in managing construction projects and in charge of full aspect of engineering and technical requirements.

To responsible for the site measurement, valuation & assessment of the works and keep all the site records.

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required by the quality management system in order to strengthen the company position.

Having a transport and willing to travel

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
