- Located at USJ 1 , Subang Jaya
- MYR MYR 5000 (Depending on experience & ability)
- Yearly bonus: 1 – 4 months based on Quarterly KPI review results
- Annual company trip (Overseas): For full time members with more than 1 year work experience with ACADS
- Working period: Monday to Friday (Half day on Alternate Saturdays) 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Purpose of Position: Provide Accounting & Administrative support to the business
Job Description:
1. Responsible for daily payment issuance and ensuring that the payments are backed with the supporting documents
2. Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) including follow-up on AR collection
3. Ensure up-to-date accounting records and data journal entries for accounting system posting
4. Process staff claims submission and reimbursement
5. Assist in monthly reports and other accounts-related matters
6. Issue payment vouchers, official receipts, delivery orders, and or any other document listing accordingly.
7. Provide daily / monthly / quarterly report analysis
8. To provide administrative support, purchasing and sales documentation
9. Issue monthly customer statements
11. Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
years of related work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a drive to excel are also welcome to apply
3. Experience in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage
4. Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
5. Positive work attitude and able to keep ahead in a fast-paced environment
6. Good in speaking and writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
