Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
  • Evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage contract documentation, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify work progress.
  • Monitor project costs and provide cost control reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 1years of working experience in QS or contract administration (construction industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of contract law and cost control practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
