Responsibilities:

  • 负责出货控制计划的编制,并监督质量相关检验标准与文件的有效性完整性.
  • Responsible for preparing the Outgoing Control Plan and supervising the effectiveness and completeness of quality-related inspection standards and documents.
  • 组织解决产品包装及出货过程中所出现的质量问题,处理品质异常及改善.
  • Organize and resolve quality issues during product packaging and shipping processes, and handle quality abnormalities and improvements.
  • 负责OQC日常业务的确认、审核工作,并提交品质周报、月报.
  • Oversee and review daily OQC operations, and submit weekly and monthly quality reports.
  • 负责成品稽查的有效性确认、样品的管理及客户验货效果的确认.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of finished goods audit, manage sample retention, and confirm the results of customer inspections.
  • 督导下属及时处理生产品质异常问题及客户投诉的回复追踪,确保纠正预防措施的有效性.
  • Supervise subordinates in promptly handling production quality issues and customer complaints, and ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

  • 本科及以上学历
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 2年以上OQC或相关质量岗位工作经验,有电子/电池/汽车零部件行业经验者优先
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in OQC or a similar quality position, preferably in electronics, battery, or automotive parts industry
  • 熟悉ISO管理体系标准及五大工具
  • Familiar with ISO management and five tools
  • 熟悉品质工具,如8D、5Why分析、STOW分析等工具
  • Familiar with QC tools , such as 8D report , 5W1H analysis , STOW analysis tools
  • 具备很强的组织管理能力、协调沟通能力,以及中文/英文/马来文的沟通能力
  • Strong organizational, management, coordination, and communication skills, trilingual communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu(Necessary to contact clients who cannot use English or Bahasa Melayu )
  • 具备不良品分析和处理技能
  • Proficient in nonconforming product analysis and handling
  • 具备客户投诉处理技巧
  • Skilled in customer complaint resolution and response
  • 较强的责任心,能配合必要的加班
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime when necessary
