Join a well-established metal stamping and precision manufacturing company as a Purchasing Executive, where you'll play a key role in sourcing materials and maintaining a robust supply chain that supports high-quality production.

What You'll Do

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for the best terms in quality, price, delivery, and service.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier data, and pricing information in the system.
  • Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery schedules to ensure materials are available for production plans.
  • Analyze supplier performance and prepare periodic reports on delivery timeliness, quality, cost, and service.
  • Review stock levels and market trends to anticipate demand, avoid overstocking, and support efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the company's procurement policies and ethical business standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments — stock control, operations, and production — to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by management related to procurement and supplier coordination.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business, Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial purchasing environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Excellent negotiation, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory, material, or warehouse management.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally as required.
