Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the China HR Business Partner with daily HR-related administrative tasks, including employee record maintenance, document archiving, and contract management

  • Assist in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews, tracking candidate progress, and organising recruitment documentation

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and transfer procedures to ensure all records are accurate and complete

    协助办理入职、离职、调动等人事流程,确保所有记录准确无误
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, data compilation, and analysis

    协助准备人力资源相关报告、数据汇总与分析
  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, document management, meeting arrangements, and related logistical support

    负责办公室日常行政管理工作,包括办公用品采购、文件管理、会议安排及相关后勤支持
  • Facilitate communication between headquarters and the China team to ensure seamless information flow

    协调与总部及中国团队的沟通,确保信息传达顺畅
  • Complete other HR and administrative tasks assigned by superiors

    完成上级交办的其他人事与行政相关任务

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or any related fields

    大专或以上学历,行政管理、人力资源或相关专业优先
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experiences, preferably in the manufacturing industry

    3 至 5年相关人力资源工作经验,制造业背景者优先
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail and a sense of responsibility

    具备良好的沟通能力与协调能力,细心、有责任感
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software

    熟练使用 Microsoft Office 等办公软件
