  • Client Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget.

  • Provide expert advice on themes, venues, menus, and vendors.
  • Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Event Planning & Coordination

  • Design and propose customized wedding packages.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (banquets, kitchen, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage timelines, checklists, and logistics from pre-event to post-event.

  • Vendor & Partner Liaison

  • Source and negotiate with external vendors (florists, decorators, photographers, etc.).

  • Ensure all third-party services align with Accor's quality standards.

  • Sales & Operation (Secure & Execute)

  • Proactively identify and pursue wedding and social event opportunities to grow the hotel's event business

  • Promote wedding and event services to potential clients through calls, site visits, and networking
  • Secure bookings by preparing tailored proposals, contracts, and event plans
  • Achieve sales targets and support overall hotel revenue goals
  • Oversee event execution from planning to completion, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
