  • To lead the daily operations of the Plastic Injection Moulding (PIM) line.
  • Ensuring stable production output, good product quality and correct material handling.
  • Coordinate and lead shift operators for smooth PIM machine operations.
  • Monitor cycle time, output rate, and machine performance throughout the shift.
  • Ensure all products meet required quality specifications before transferring to next process.
  • Ensure correct resin/material is loaded according to the production schedule (MO/JO).
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for timely material replenishment.
  • Assist in mould changeover and ensure proper set-up with the Technician/Engineer.
  • Check mould condition, cleanliness, and correct clamping.
  • Monitor operator performance, attendance, and discipline.
  • Ensure operators follow correct work instruction and PPE requirements.
  • Ensure 5S compliance at the PIM area (cleanliness, materials, tools arrangement).

Job requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years working experience in PIM or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of plastic injection moulding machine operation.
  • Ability to read Work Instructions, QC requirements, and basic machine parameters.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work shifts and overtime when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
