Job description :

Responsibilities :

  • Carry out service repair / maintenance jobs in the workshop and field on our products sold as instructed.
  • Close in and out every line in repair order that the technician work on.
  • Prepare write-up of job course and correction on the repair order.
  • Order parts for service job and safe keep fauty parts completing each service job to return to customer / warranty reference.
  • Refer to service literature for specific requirement.
  • Ensure the safe usage and storage of diagnostic tools, special Service Tools, garage tools and equipment.
  • Always communicate with Job Controller, Customer Service Officer, Head of Aftersales for any additional repair required during carrying up any job.
  • Return Repair Order to Job Controller upon all job completion.
  • Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.

Requirements :

Education / Professional Qualification

  • Technical Certificate from MLVK
  • Diploma in Automotive (Diagnostic Technician)

Experience

  • Completed 3 years apprentice training OR with 1-2 years of experience as mechanic.
