Technical Duties

  • Assist technicians with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment and building systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.
  • Help set up, move, or install equipment and workstations as required.
  • Support safety checks, preventive maintenance tasks, and facility upkeep.
  • Respond to simple service requests and escalate more complex issues to senior technicians.

Paperwork / Administrative Duties

  • Record maintenance activities, completed tasks, and inspection results accurately.
  • Help prepare and process work orders, checklists, and daily reports.
  • Maintain inventory logs for tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
  • Assist in organizing service records, vendor documents, and compliance forms.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quality records for internal and external audits.

Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain and update safety-related documentation for DOSH/DOE submissions.
  • Update the safety master list according to DOSH requirements.
  • Promote and practice 5S to ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

General

  • Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirement:

1) Prefer Male employee

2) Working Location at Seberang Jaya

3) High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.

4) Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and building systems.

5) Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians.

6) Ability to perform light physical tasks and safe work practices.

7) Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
