Job Summary:

Arabic & Qur'anic Teacher (Primary)

  • Teach Arabic language and Qur'anic recitation (Tajweed) to primary students.

  • Instill love and respect for the Qur'an and Islamic values.

  • Plan engaging lessons aligned with the school's Islamic curriculum.

  • Assess students' progress in reading, memorization, and understanding.

  • Support character development through Qur'anic teachings.

  • Collaborate with other Islamic Studies teachers for integrated learning.

Qualifications:

-Bahelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Islamic education are preferred.

-Thorough knowledge of Islamic teachings, including the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, Seerah, and Islamic history.

-Proficiency in Quranic recitation with proper Tajweed.

-Previous teaching experience in Islamic studies, preferably within a school setting.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

-Commitment to fostering students' spiritual, moral, and academic development.

-Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
