We're Hiring: Montessori Preschool Teacher

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds through both Islamic values and the Montessori method? We are looking for a dedicated and loving Montessori Preschool Teacher to guide and inspire our children in a calm, respectful, and spiritually grounded environment.

Location: Nuh’s Ark Islamic Montessori School, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Position: Montessori Preschool Teacher

**Salary**: Starting from RM 1,700

Your Role Includes:

- Guiding children in a Montessori-based classroom that integrates Islamic values and teachings
- Planning and facilitating hands-on, child-led learning experiences
- Leading activities such as Quran memorization, Islamic storytelling, and akhlak lessons
- Observing and documenting each child's growth and development
- Creating a calm, clean, and spiritually enriching classroom environment
- Communicating effectively with parents and working closely with the school team

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (Montessori or Islamic education background is a strong advantage)
- Experience in a Montessori or Islamic preschool setting preferred
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (basic Arabic is a plus)
- Able to teach basic Islamic concepts and practices in a child-friendly way
- Loving, patient, and passionate about early childhood education
- A practicing Muslim who can be a positive role model for children
