About the role

As a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist for the Hong Kong market, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for TDCX Malaysia, a leading provider of customer experience solutions. In this full-time position, you will be based in our vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre office, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to engage and convert prospective clients in the Hong Kong region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  2. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with Hong Kong-based customers
  3. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  4. Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser's campaigns
  5. Detect and understand the customer's needs and objectives
  6. Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell and sustainability

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a digital marketing sales or business development role, preferably in the Hong Kong market
  2. Strong familiarity with digital marketing channels, strategies and best practices
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  5. Native in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential, fluent in English
