Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale consumer banking projects. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic and/or large-scale consumer banking projects
  • Coordinate with vendors, Group Technology (GT), and Business Units (BU) to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to key stakeholders
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams
  • Drive collaboration in a multi-disciplinary and matrixed environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Experience working in large service organizations, vendors, or established banks/financial institutions
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level, large-scale, or cross-functional projects
  • Strong experience engaging with senior leadership and external IT vendors
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and complex environments
