Tanggungjawab Utama (Job Responsibilities) TNB (Kerja Elektrikal)

  • Menjalankan roll call setiap pagi bagi semakan kehadiran dan taklimat tugasan.
  • Merancang tugasan harian dan membuat delegation kepada team leader.
  • Menyediakan pasukan backup jika ada tapak kekurangan tenaga kerja.
  • Mengumpul dan melaporkan isu tapak untuk tindakan segera atau mesyuarat.
  • Memastikan kelengkapan kerja mencukupi serta dalam keadaan baik.
  • Memantau perjalanan kerja di semua tapak projek.
  • Menyediakan dan merekod laporan harian (daily report) pasukan.

Transport (Kenderaan Syarikat)

  • Menyusun jadual servis dan penyelenggaraan kenderaan syarikat.
  • Memantau status Puspakom, PMA, dan cukai jalan.
  • Menyemak dan merekod saman bagi mengelakkan penalti.
  • Menyediakan laporan baik pulih dan rekod kerosakan kenderaan.

Solar Project

  • Merancang serta menjalankan lawatan tapak dan pengumpulan data bergambar.
  • Menyemak serta menyediakan peralatan pemasangan atau penyelenggaraan solar.
  • Memastikan kerja pemasangan berjalan lancar di tapak.
  • Menyediakan laporan output kerja harian.

Tugas Berkala (Periodic Task)

  • Menghadiri mesyuarat mingguan bersama team leader.
  • Menyediakan laporan mingguan dan bulanan.
  • Menyemak peralatan serta kos kerja bagi memastikan margin keuntungan.

Tugas Tambahan (Add-On Task)

TNB: Mengurus dan follow-up kerja tambahan serta aduan pengguna.

Transport: Mengurus sewaan kenderaan bagi projek khas.

Solar: Menjalankan troubleshoot di tapak dan mengurus pembelian alat ganti.

Ciri-Ciri Calon Yang Dikehendaki

  • Diploma atau Ijazah (Degree) dalam Kejuruteraan Elektrikal / Mekanikal / Tenaga Boleh Diperbaharui atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Berpengalaman dalam kerja lapangan (site) atau projek solar diberi keutamaan.
  • Tahan tekanan, tidak mudah emosi (jenis tak koyak).
  • Mempunyai kemahiran kepimpinan dan boleh membuat keputusan sendiri.
  • Seorang problem solver yang pantas dan proaktif.
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mempunyai semangat ingin berkembang dan berdisiplin tinggi.
  • Tegas dalam tindakan tetapi tenang dan profesional ketika berdepan cabaran.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
