Job Description:

  • Official Working Days : Monday - Fridays (Off on Public Holidays)
  • Official Working Hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (OT will be given for work performed out of official working hours)
  • Executive Director's residence in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
  • Office Location : Kota Kemuning
  • Preferably someone who is based in Bukit Jalil or nearby Bukit Jalil area
  • Reasonable schedule provided

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for transporting the Executive Directors and their family members around in a safe and timely manner.
  • To strictly adhere to fixed schedule, occasions or meetings in KL/ Selangor or any designated outstation locations with prior notice.
  • Must be willing to travel outstation when required, nearby and day trip only.
  • Ensures complete safety and complies fully with all the road and traffic rules and regulations whilst on duty.
  • Ensures that Executive Directors and all their family members are transported to their destination safely before leaving the location.
  • To carry out routine inspections on the assigned vehicles and ensure that it is well maintained and in good and upkeep condition plus meeting all safety requirements at all times.
  • To remind HR and management on vehicle documentation renewals such as road tax, car insurance, etc.
  • Savvy in using apps such as WhatsApp, Waze and Google Maps.
  • Must be PUNCTUAL in attendance and strictly maintain the intended schedule.
  • Responsible, physically fit with a good working attitude.
  • To perform ad-hoc assigned duties as and when required especially when the Directors are overseas, such as assisting family members to purchase simple items where necessary, assisting with Company's dispatching work, helping out at the Company's warehouse (mild duties such as packing), filing tasks, and any other duties fit to the level of this position.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience being a company or personal driver
  • Able to converse in English and Malay (Mandarin is added advantage but not compulsory)
  • Good communication skills. Able to communicate with people of all levels.
  • Possess a valid driving license, good driving skills, and with a clean driving record.
  • Strictly NO smoking during working hours, as will be around kids. (Preferably non-smoker)
  • Honest, well-mannered, reliable, mature, neat looking, professional and has personal hygiene.
  • Punctual and good attendance record.
  • No criminal record(s).
